This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through pationook.com (the "Site") are processed and delivered. The Site is operated under the trade name Patio Nook by Ortega Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Patio Nook.
Patio Nook is an independent online retailer operated by Ortega Enterprises LLC. We curate and source a range of outdoor living, patio, backyard, and lifestyle products—including pergolas, gazebos, fire features, outdoor furniture, grills, and related solutions—from trusted suppliers. Patio Nook is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands featured unless explicitly stated.
Direct from Manufacturer to Consumer Program. Orders placed on this Site are fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier on our behalf. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order will be shipped directly from our fulfillment supplier to your delivery address. Product details have been supplied by the manufacturer or supplier and may be hosted, synchronized, or transmitted through a third-party platform.

2. Shipping Destinations
Contiguous United States Only
- We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)
- We do not currently ship to international addresses, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery
3. Shipping Costs
- Orders over $100: Free standard shipping
- Orders of $100 or less: Flat $60 shipping fee (shown at checkout)
All applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout. We do not charge hidden shipping fees. Local taxes may still apply where required by law.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day are generally processed the same day, subject to availability and payment verification. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Total delivery time: 3 to 9 business days from the date of shipment. This includes order handling and carrier transit time. Delivery timelines begin from the date of shipment confirmation, not the date of order placement.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If an item requires additional processing time, this will be clearly stated on the product page and will override the general timeline above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services depending on destination and package size. Because orders are fulfilled directly by our manufacturers or suppliers, the carrier used may vary by fulfillment partner.
Shipment Tracking
All shipments include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed once the order has shipped.
Insurance
Shipments may be insured against loss or damage during transit where applicable.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipment confirmation email.
7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages
If delivery exceeds the stated timeframe, please contact us at support@pationook.com or call +1 (848) 301-2034. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Allow 1 additional business day, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely
- Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace
Damaged Packages
- You must report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the item (including all damage)
- Contact us at support@pationook.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage
We will review your report and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and a description of the missing item. We will send the missing item or issue a refund as applicable.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Certain items may be excluded. All returns require prior written Return Authorization ("RA").

- Return shipping: Customer is responsible unless the item is confirmed defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect
- Refund timing: Processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, plus an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund
- Restocking fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.
If an order is returned to our fulfillment supplier due to an address error, reshipment may require an additional fee. We will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a partial refund (less any applicable shipping and restocking fees).
